Who / How / Where

We serve women, girls and marginalized peoples because their exposure to IT and business training improves their civic and economic inclusion in their societies.

In partnership with information technology and business professionals in Developed countries throughout the world, we build trainer teams with local professionals. Through these teams, we connect with local organizations that work with underserved communities. We train our students, we mentor them, and help them to decide how to use their skills, whether it is entering higher education, getting a job using those skills, or launching their own businesses.

What distinguishes us is that we put heavy emphasis on on-the-ground, local volunteer collaboration with professionals throughout their nations and the world. We seek to work within the cultural context of traditional and budding jobs, and job opportunities to help our members enter and remain a part of the global economy.
